Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing Service is looking for a dynamic Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU! In this role, you will be responsible for: Answering incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Acting as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons, and management Scheduling service and routine maintenance appointments Maintaining and updating customer records based on interactions Processing invoice payments Providing information about products and services Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services that benefit our customers Participating in in-house training on products and services needed by our customers and office software required to fulfill this position Additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications: $20-24/hr Sunday - Thursday from 12pm - 4pm in office and 6pm-10pm remote Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required Service Titan is a plus Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion Work well independently and with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others Excellent written and verbal communication skills The physical requirements of this job include: Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device Ability to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone Use hands to type, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment Southern Home Services will make reasonable accommodations to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.
