Account Manager: Fast-Track Sales Program

Whitecap

White Cap is hiring for an Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program in Columbus, OH. This role blends structured training with hands-on selling to build your career in outside sales.

During a 6–12 month program you’ll learn White Cap’s business model, develop account plans, and start selling the value proposition while working closely with district sales leaders. This on-site program emphasizes field calls, order processing, and meeting performance metrics.
