We are currently seeking a JOURNEYMEN ELECTRICIAN! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, lighting systems, and fixtures in commercial and industrial environments
- Install and route conduit systems using hand benders, side benders, and table benders with precision and code compliance
- Install transformers, panels and bus plug stab ins.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to ensure accurate conduit and equipment installation
- Install various types of raceways, conduit, cable tray systems, and electrical wiring infrastructure
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and control systems efficiently and safely
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on electrical wiring, equipment, and systems
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC standards, company quality expectations, and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment at all times
- Work alongside others and teach electrical apprentice
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial and industrial electrical installation
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Available to work overtime and flexible with work schedule
