Working in a collegial atmosphere, the position requires the execution of critical client work and customer service oriented disposition.

Job Duties include:

• Business immigration: H-1B's, L's, Alien Labor Certification (PERM), Greencards and Naturalization petitions
• Prepare above petitions and applications under supervision of the firm's immigration attorneys
• Constantly monitor and prepare a large volume of case work
• Manage assigned caseload from intake through processing and filing
• Generate notifications to clients and maintain relevant records
• Respond to immigration inquiries in a timely manner and strictly adhere to submission deadlines

** Experience in immigration law ** or related legal work is required. Excellent verbal, written and thorough proofreading skills are essential. Attention to detail is a must.
