Customer Service Specialist - Bohemia, NY or Ann Arbor, MI

Sartorius seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support the sales team and manage customer interactions in Bohemia, NY or Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves processing orders, coordinating logistics, maintaining customer records, and generating reports to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client orders.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, delivery slips, and invoices for accuracy and timely dispatch
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers on logistics, returns, and order tracking
- Maintain contract terms, verify invoices, and generate customer reports and billing statements
- Manage tender identification, registration of leads, and technical documentation requests
- Develop CRM and SAP-based reports and statistical sales analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field
- 2+ years customer service or order processing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and field management software
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with service-focused mindset
- Experience with large molecules and biosimilars desirable
