Sartorius seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support the sales team and manage customer interactions across order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative operations. The role involves working with internal departments and clients to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and invoice processing at hybrid locations in Bohemia, NY or Ann Arbor, MI.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, delivery slips, and invoices for accuracy and timely completion
• Coordinate with commercial operations and finance on purchase orders, shipments, and returns
• Manage logistics requests and maintain related records in organizational systems
• Generate CRM and SAP reports, including statistical sales analyses and customer billing
• Support tender management by identifying opportunities and preparing documentation with supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable field
• 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and field management software
• Strong reporting, detail orientation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of early-stage drug development, large molecules, or biosimilars preferred
