Leasing Specialist: Drive Tours & Close Leases

RPM Living

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing and resident relations for our communities in Austin. You will handle lease signings, show properties and guide applicants through the application process while upholding Fair Housing standards. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, process credit checks and ensure accuracy of occupancy reports, move-ins and paperwork.
