Wood Shop Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced Wood Shop Manager to lead our woodworking operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a team while maintaining a calm, professional, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily wood shop operations and ensure safe, efficient workflows. Lead, mentor, and motivate team members while promoting a positive work culture. Coordinate project schedules, materials, and quality control. Operate woodworking machinery and tools; ensure proper maintenance and training. Monitor workplace safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Prior management or supervisory experience required . Strong leadership and communication skills; able to resolve challenges with a level head. Experience in woodworking and machinery operation strongly preferred. Knowledge of coatings, finishes, and wood treatment processes is a major plus .
