Job Details Job Location: Quarry Lake Headquarters – Austin, TX 78759 Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Finance – Senior Loan Operations Specialist Qualifications Six months to one year of experience in a related field required. Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills required. Knowledge of credit union policies and regulations, procedures, and services, with special detailed knowledge of lending policies, procedures and guidelines. Experience with loan interviewing, loan processing, and/or customer service preferred. Passion for providing outstanding service and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail. Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution. Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared and feedback and coaching are welcomed. Effective time management and flexibility to work department hours. Responsibilities As a Senior Loan Operations Specialist, you will perform functions related to loan servicing, organizing and maintaining files, and completing loan department functions. You will also assist members with questions or problems related to their credit union accounts. Additionally, you will intercede on problem calls or situations to assist other team members with intricate issues and/or assist with higher‑level processing in the absence of the team supervisor. You will regularly collaborate with other Velocity departments to provide the best possible service to our members.
