We are seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Business Development Representative to champion community outreach and business development efforts for Brookestone Home Health Care . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, cultivating professional relationships, educating others about healthcare services, and helping individuals receive high-quality care in the place they call home. Your work will directly support patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners throughout our service area. What You'll Do Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare partners. Identify new opportunities to grow referrals and expand awareness of Brookestone Home Health services. Educate healthcare professionals, patients, families, and community organizations about the benefits of receiving care at home. Coordinate and participate in networking events, presentations, community outreach efforts, and marketing initiatives. Serve as a trusted resource for referral partners while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition of care for patients. Monitor referral activity, track performance goals, and develop strategies to support continued growth. Promote the full continuum of care and services offered throughout the Vetter Senior Living network. What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management. Experience in healthcare, home health, senior living, rehabilitation, hospitality, or a related service industry preferred. Proven success building partnerships and generating business growth through relationship-driven sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the service territory.
