As an Executive Chef at Hef's Hut, you will have the opportunity to create innovative menus, manage food quality, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. Daily Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and development
- Food quality control and enhancement
- Management of food and labor costs
- Overseeing back of house and kitchen operations
- Collaborating with front of house staff for seamless service
Required Skills:
- Experience in culinary arts and menu development
- Proficiency in banquet catering and fine dining
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ServSafe Certified with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) knowledge

Great Gorge Golf Club, established in 1970 by Hugh Hefner, features a scenic 27-hole golf course designed by Fazio, located in Vernon Valley, New Jersey. The club offers a variety of services including a driving range, golf simulator, pro shop, and customizable outing packages for corporate and group events.
