The Sr Director, Marketing Operations develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth. Partners with executive management for long-term planning and strategy. Leads, mentors and develops a global team.What you'll be doingDevelops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growthLeads all marketing operations including marketing technology stack strategy, roadmap, administration, lead routing, scoring, segmentation, targeting, campaign tracking and attribution, marketing database contact, quality, data compliance (GDPR) and accuracy.Partners with field marketing to assist in developing omni-channel campaign strategy and plans.Accountable for data quality and accuracy across Marketing systemsDrive marketing performance measurement to drive actionable insights with executive-level reportingMonitor, analyze and report on the marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, funnel efficiency, TAM penetration and goal achievementPartner with marketing leaders on long-term planning, strategy and infrastructure.Lead, mentor and develop a global marketing technology, operations and analytics team.What you'll likely bringAbility to interact with senior management; strong communication and presentation skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office toolsProject management skillsStrong knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com preferredStrong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, attribution, ROIWhat can set you apart12+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge7+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types6+ years of specialized/industry experienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)Master’s degree preferred#LI-CM1#HYBRIDAbout Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
