• End Date/Duration: Ongoing (based on assignment)
• Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensing/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience, previous travel experience preferred
• Additional Requirements: EPIC experience required; float within units of equivalent or lower acuity

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate palliative care focusing on symptom management and patient comfort
• Manage symptoms such as pain, nausea, fatigue, and other concerns to improve quality of life
• Float to inpatient units as needed, gaining diverse clinical experience
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Adhere to established protocols and documentation practices, including EPIC EMR systems
• Support patients and families through difficult health journeys in a sensitive, respectful manner

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• BLS certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team
