BI Partner - Commercial Decision Partner (NKA) - Hybrid (Atlanta)

Role Overview The BI Partner (Commercial Decision Partner — NKA) is an embedded analytical partner supporting the National Key Accounts and channel strategy teams. This role performs NKA-specific analysis, builds customer-facing data narratives, and supports the full CDP model in partnership with the Manager. Where the BI Partner has the bandwidth and technical capability, they may also build straightforward single-step agents — subject to completing the mandatory DI intake process, in partnership with the Manager, before starting any build. The NKA BI Partner develops expertise in key account data sources and customer-level analytics, growing toward independent analytical recommendation ownership. Location requirement: Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role. Attention to details and dedication to getting things right Maintain high level of organization, time management and project management skills, commitment to follow through, enthusiasm, and motivation Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Perform NKA-specific and channel-level analysis using Claude, retailer portals, and syndicated data sources — owning output quality and validating business logic before sharing; provide insights credibility in customer meetings. Support the Manager in building NKA business review, selling story, internal channel strategy and understanding narratives and customer-facing presentations — assembling analytical components and ensuring accuracy. Assist with DI build briefs for NKA and channel use cases — documenting business needs and acceptance criteria. For straightforward single-step automations within the BI Partner's capability, may build directly — must complete DI intake meeting (led by Manager) before starting. Research and synthesize competitive, channel, and category context to support NKA strategic recommendations Any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Education & Experience Required Bachelor's degree 2+ years of commercial analytics experience, preferably with national account or key customer focus Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and Excel Comfort with customer-facing data applications and retailer portals Comfort with AI-powered analytics tools (Claude or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication for commercial audiences Preferred Experience with CPG syndicated data CPG experience in a national accounts or channel analytics role Comfort with simple agent building using Claude Code or similar tools Characteristics Needed to be Successful We are looking for someone with a passion for service.
