Role Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Creative Strategy to join our growing DTC e-commerce brand. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience working with larger DTC/e-commerce brands who can integrate into the role quickly without requiring heavy training or onboarding. We want someone who can bring new ideas, systems, experience, and insights into the company.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Creative Strategy department
- Host weekly creative/performance meetings
- Review learnings with the team:
- What’s working
- What’s not working
- What needs improvement
- Work closely with:
- The CEO
- Media buying agencies
- Creative agencies
- Editors
- Creators
- Strategists
- Develop creative systems, workflows, SOPs, and testing structures for the client
- Train and mentor creative strategists
- Create and review:
- Hooks
- Concepts
- Scripts
- UGC ideas
- AI concepts
- Static concepts
- Performance angles
- Analyze competitors and other successful brands to identify opportunities and winning trends we can adapt for our product
- Bring initiative, leadership, structure, and creativity into the company

- Has worked with successful DTC/e-commerce brands

- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Can teach and explain ideas clearly to team members

- Knows how to combine data with creativity
- Understands the demographic of primarily older women/homeowners, including:
- The customer
- The product
- The emotional drivers
- The brand vision
