Remote Head of Strategy - Eclipse

What is Eclipse? Eclipse is building the fastest Ethereum Layer 2, powered by the Solana VM. Our backers include Polychain, Tribe Capital, and the Solana Foundation. The Eclipse team comprises former Citadel, Airbnb, dYdX, and Uniswap veterans. Eclipse is backed by top investors including Polychain, Tribe Capital, and Accel. At a high level, many Layer 1 blockchains are monolithic : these blockchains do several things at once, including executing programs, publishing transactions, and establishing the final block ordering. We break up these functions to create high-throughput modular rollups, which users can deploy their own individual apps. With our infrastructure, any application can spin out as its own SVM blockchain (rollup) without increasing its security risk. The Role Our full-time Head of Strategy will be responsible for shaping and executing our strategic direction to drive growth, brand recognition, and market penetration in the crypto ecosystem. You will work closely with the CEO to identify market opportunities and build / engage our developer and user communities. Responsibilities Develop a clear strategic vision for Eclipse, taking into account market trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities within the crypto industry Build relationships with and engage technical communities around our infrastructure offerings. Organize events, webinars, and outreach programs to foster community growth. Gather feedback and advocate for developer interests within Eclipse Identify strategic partnership and collaboration opportunities to accelerate developer adoption and enhance Eclipse’s brand Communicate Eclipse’s strategic direction fluently to external, technical stakeholders and act as a spokesperson for the company in media interviews, conferences, and industry events Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of developer relations and community engagement initiatives. Desired Qualifications Proven experience in a developer relations, product, or strategy role within a crypto company (preferably infrastructure) Deep understanding of the crypto landscape and blockchain technologies Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative growth strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Bachelor's degree required; in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blockchain Works
