Food Service Manager

Pay: $75000 - $80000 Must have flexibility for catering support needs. Responsibilities Manage the cafes’ daily meal service, events, operations, finance, and catering. Oversee catering arrangements for meetings, events, and dining services. Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures. Maintain café satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings, initiating improvements as necessary. Provide strategic leadership by hiring, training, and developing staff, managing work schedules, and creating and retaining a cohesive team of associates. Assist with special corporate projects or events as required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in culinary, hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Over 6 years of experience as a food service manager, general manager, or chef manager. Exceptional culinary skills in diverse cuisines, menu development, and efficient kitchen management. Excellent customer service skills with daily interactions with customers and clients. Strong understanding of employee and client relations. Preferred experience in corporate business dining, restaurant, or general food & beverage. Experience in hotels, corporate dining, education services, or large convention facilities is advantageous.
