- Assessing patients' medical histories
- Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and addressing patient concerns
- Creating tailored treatment plans for each patient
- Setting clear objectives for patients and outlining expected outcomes
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
- Providing education to patients and their families regarding the recovery process in physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist License in good standing in Oklahoma
- Preferred 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics; however, new graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong skills in manual therapy and clinical reasoning
- A commitment to being part of a team that values a service-oriented culture of excellence and lifelong learning
- A genuine passion for helping others in a fun and fulfilling environment
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma
