Bilingual Office Assistant/Customer Service (Chinese/Vietnamese)

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant/Customer Service (English/Chinese/Vietnamese) to join our team! You will perform inside sales, clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
A bachelor degree or 2 years experience in customer service, office administration or other related fields required
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Experience with ERP system (QuickBooks, Sage 100, ...etc.) is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
English is a must, bilingual in Vietnamese or Chinese required
