What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias, managing vasoactive and cardiac drugs
• Administer blood products, IV insulin, and heparin protocols
• Manage renal failure and non-invasive airway devices such as CPAP/BIPAP
• Utilize rapid response teams and perform wound care, including wound vac management
• Document thoroughly in EPIC and coordinate patient care across disciplines
• Support patients with tracheostomy care and complex airway management

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications
• Strong skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia, and vasoactive medication management

• Experience with renal failure and wound care
• Ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips including titration
