What You'll Do

• Provide expert emergency care to a diverse patient population in a Level I Trauma Center
• Triage and assess patients efficiently, communicating effectively with team members
• Interpret dysrhythmias and administer emergency medications
• Perform procedures such as sedation, ventilator management, trauma response, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Document care accurately using EPIC system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage emergency procedures with confidence and professionalism

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• 2+ years ER experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
• Comfortable with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medications, ventilated patients, trauma, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Stroke-certified and STEMI-certified facility background
