Responsibilities Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to understand and resolve their inquiries. Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the company’s values and standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer concerns. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information. Record and track customer interactions in the CRM system for seamless follow-up. Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Share customer feedback to help influence the development of new strategies and improvements. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Proven ability to thrive in a customer service environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred. A keen interest in working in an international setting. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
