Responsibilities include generating sales, discovering customer needs, presenting product solutions, closing sales, participating in training, and marketing to existing customers. Compensation includes base pay $16.00‑$21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 annual commission, with top performers earning up to $65,000‑$75,500+ annually. Responsibilities Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions. Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete sales solution. Close sales using clear communication to fulfill customer needs. Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory. Grow customer base through outbound calls and text messaging to existing Verizon customers. Engage with community at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events to expand loyal customer base. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience (work or military). Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule given four weeks in advance). Openness to additional shifts during peak periods (summer, Nov‑Dec, vacation periods). Preferred: Experience in commission‑based environment. Preferred: Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Preferred: Customer service experience. Compensation & Benefits Base pay $16.00‑$21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 in annual commission. Top performers may earn up to $65,000‑$75,500+ yearly.
