Locums Opportunity in Missouri for General Surgeon

• Call only ‐‐ up to 10 days a month, ongoing
• 6 ‐ 8 patients per shift; 8 ‐ 10 patients seen per 24‐hour call
• 3 ‐ 5 admissions and 3 ‐ 5 phone consults per 24‐hour period
• Hospital setting with adult, pediatric, and neonate cases
• Trauma and general surgery call coverage required
• Laparoscopic surgery skills required ‐‐ appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and more
• OB/GYN surgical skills required ‐‐ C‐section, D&C, hysterectomy
• 30‐minute call response time required; 80% call‐back rate
