LPN/RN Supervisor

CareRite Centers seeks a Night Shift LPN/RN Supervisor to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this resident-centered role, you will oversee night-shift nursing and CNA teams, coordinate and monitor post-acute and long-term care, and ensure adherence to care plans, policies, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include medication administration oversight, clinical documentation, rounds, incident management, and communication with families and on-call providers. You will mentor staff, support a compassionate, hospitality-driven environment, and contribute to quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
