The ideal candidate will hold a valid registration as a Radiology Technologist and possess strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
In the role of Radiology Technologist, you will conduct diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, which include interpreting results, performing EKGs, executing phlebotomy, inserting IVs, facilitating autologous and therapeutic donations, and monitoring vital signs.

Key Responsibilities- Develop radiographic films and assess them for technical quality. Assist in transporting patients to the radiographic room as necessary and prepare the room for procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workspaces. Report any unsafe conditions and maintain X-ray and other equipment in optimal working order, performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Gather patient histories, address inquiries, and clarify procedures. Measure vital signs as required and complete necessary documentation. Prepare written records, including evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports. Access, manipulate, store, and create CDs from PACS.
- Conduct radiographic examinations and may assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized interventional procedures. Perform non-interpretive fluoroscopic procedures as permitted by state regulations.
- Order and manage supplies to ensure availability of necessary materials. Monitor drug supplies and notify the appropriate personnel regarding restocking needs.
- Must possess ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) certification and a valid license in the State of Maryland.
- An Associate degree is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $29.73 - USD $53.49 per hour .
