The Barista & Cashier plays a vital role within a small team, reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor. This position involves delivering exceptional daily customer service, handling sales transactions efficiently, and preparing coffee and other beverages. The role requires a strong focus on daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service flow and excellent customer experiences without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Handle cash and process sales transactions accurately
• Prepare coffee and other beverage orders to quality standards
• Take customer orders accurately and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
• Operate coffee and related equipment safely
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to assist customers
• Complete daily operational tasks and ensure smooth service flow

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) operation
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Ability to work well within a team
