Leave Administration Specialist

Seeking a knowledgeable Leave Administrator, the full-time remote position will manage FMLA, state disability, and group LTD/STD plan administration while providing exceptional client service and ensuring compliance with leave laws across all 50 states. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and consultative services for FMLA, state-specific leaves, and group LTD/STD plans Determine eligibility and status of leave under FMLA and state regulations, ensuring compliance with laws Communicate effectively with clients and their employees, resolving inquiries and processing leave requests Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in administering FMLA and state disability leaves Experience with case management systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Strong organizational and time management skills
