Our organization is in search of a full-time board eligible/board certified Pediatric Hospitalist to take on a leadership role within the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine and manage the Pediatric In-patient Service at Huntington Hospital located in Huntington, NY. The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in Pediatric Hospital Medicine, demonstrate the capability to oversee quality improvement initiatives within the Division, have a proven history of teaching and mentoring residents, and possess essential administrative skills. An academic appointment at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell will be offered based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in the formulation of clinical protocols.
• Participate in administrative and academic meetings.
• Engage in patient care, supervise learners, and oversee quality improvement efforts.
• Opportunities to partake in clinical research are available.
• Collaborate with Cohen Children's Medical Center to establish best practices, develop clinical policies, and engage in scholarly activities.
