Location: Loudon, TN
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday | 6: 00 AM - 2: 30 PM

Job Summary

The Assembly Technician supports daily production operations by assembling components using hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions. This role requires individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vehicle components according to work instructions, diagrams, and production standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools to install, secure, and fit parts properly.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and safety requirements are met.
• Perform basic measurements and verify accuracy of assembled components.
• Assist with material staging, loading, and preparing parts for production.
• Communicate defects, missing materials, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and maintain workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required .
• Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including occasional Fridays and Saturdays.
