Responsibilities * This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. * Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees * Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers * Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics * Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales * Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements * Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance * Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years of age * 1 year of supervisory experience * Ability to effectively motivate others * Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time * Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance * Other duties as assigned * Reliable transportation * High school diploma or equivalent Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
