Family owned and operated non-medical home care agency , seeking a friendly welcoming pays attention to detail , can stay organized in a day with many task that could pull you in many directions.

We are looking for an experience person who is willing to talk to applicants, answer phones, talk to potential clients.

Meet and greet start applicants in the process of employment.

Detail oriented

Good communication

phone work calling and taking messages

making appt for candidates to hire

screening new hires

thinking outside the box and participating in meetings with owners weekly

manage a monthly meeting with workers comp

filing and update personal files

call employees remind what is needed to keep files current

stays focus and can follow task

Collecting employee information

using a CRM system to help with charting and tracking detail information

Home Care office experience with some hiring experience in home care industry

maintaining personal files keeping neat and in order

making copies of packets for hire

screening all candidates

scheduling interviews

If you are looking for a small office comfort, feel we are a warm friendly atmosphere but busy home care office,

we have flex start time in am

we will be looking for someone to manage an on call phone once a month on a weekend.
