Outside Sales Consultant / Business Performance Advisor

Position Overview We are hiring an Outside Sales Consultant (Business Performance Advisor) to promote Insperity’s HR solutions to small and midsized businesses. Compensation First year on‑target earnings range: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 (base salary plus commission). Uncapped commission potential and residual income available. Responsibilities Identify and target small and midsized businesses offering Insperity’s services. Conduct virtual and in‑person consultations with business owners and C‑suite executives to explain how HR solutions address their challenges. Build and nurture relationships within your network to expand the sales pipeline. Achieve sales goals set by management. Complete bid paperwork and new client contracts. Facilitate the new client onboarding process with gathered information. Qualifications Consultative sales approach with strong relationship‑building skills. Drive to earn significant residual and commission income. Business savvy; entrepreneurial mindset or prior business ownership experience. Comfortable engaging advisory roles with the C‑suite in a professional manner. Networked with business executives to support sales pipeline growth.
