This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN will prioritize patient care, educate patients and caregivers, and manage assignments effectively within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing.
