What you’ll be doing Commission-only roofing sales rep in Georgia with reliable transportation runs door-knocking and closes a target of 10 roofs/month Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$144K annualized) Year 1: Top quartile clears $500K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we’re looking for 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in roofing or an adjacent vertical Understands roofing, has a good appearance, bilingual, willing to canvas neighborhoods and come up with creative methods to bring in sales Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather Why this beats the average posting We understand the value of every position.
