Overview External Job Description: Retail Inventory Associate - Driver | Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 - $22.50. Part Time: Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. What You Will Do Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. This role adheres to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conducts and completes vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters. Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals – productivity-based wage increases are in your future. Team Requirements Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work preferred. If you have the discipline, training is available. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Access to reliable transportation. Inventory Associate Driver Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards. Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments (very early mornings and/or late nights). Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use of a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and frequent travel by car with occasional overnight stays.
