In-House Counsel (3–6 Years) ( Remote ) ( Full-Time ) Location: Remote Salary: $150K - $200K Base plus Bonus Must Haves Coordinate with outside legal counsel (specialists and litigators) Tech-savvy with a start‑up spirit Hands‑on legal role, sole legal person with strong contract focus and exposure to broader legal and operational work 3–6 years of legal experience, preferably in a start‑up Strong background in commercial contracts and NDAs Exposure to corporate governance or equity (preferred) Comfortable using AI tools in daily work Overview Hiring a tech‑savvy In‑House Counsel to support commercial contracting, corporate operations, and to help scale an AI‑enabled legal function. Key Responsibilities Commercial Contracts (Core) Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor, and customer agreements Manage contracts end‑to‑end (review → redlines → execution) Use AI tools to identify risks and non‑standard terms quickly Apply internal playbooks for consistency Corporate & Equity (Support) Assist with board consents, resolutions, and record‑keeping Support cap table updates and option grants Maintain organized corporate documentation AI‑Driven Legal Ops Use AI to speed up contract review and document drafting Help improve templates, playbooks, and internal workflows Support centralized document management Compliance & Risk (Light Ownership) Support basic compliance workflows (e.g., counterparty checks) Flag legal risks and coordinate with outside counsel when needed What We're Looking For 3–6 years of legal experience, preferably in a start‑up Strong background in commercial contracts and NDAs Exposure to corporate governance or equity (preferred) Comfortable using AI tools in daily work Detail‑oriented, practical, and execution‑focused Why This Role High ownership early Direct exposure to business decisions Opportunity to build AI‑first legal processes Clear path to a senior in‑house role #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Solutions Services, LLC
