How you'll make an impact:Present benefits packages, renewal strategies, and compliance information to clients and stakeholdersManage client billing inquiries, invoicing, and policy renewalsMaintain accurate client account records and CRM dataAdminister benefits administration processes, including eligibility, new hire/termination processing, COBRA, and payroll coordinationManages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clientsLeads appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needsSecures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levelsCultivates relationships with the most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyersHas retention goals for assigned group of accountsMay coordinate the work of administrative support and customer serviceMay support an Account Executive or a Broker Producer and is the first line of contact when the Account Executive or Broker/Producer is not availableOther duties as assignedAbout You:Bachelors degree plus 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience --or-- High School diploma/GED with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experienceAppropriately licensed and/or certified - Life & Health Producers license. General industry knowledge in employee benefitsExperience with configuring benefit enrollment platformsAble and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time, including potential overnight stays.Ability to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ - 3x On Site, 2x WFH.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCritical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issuesMeeting facilitation skills - able to professionally conduct large group meetingsCompensation and benefits:At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
