- # Senior Attorney Recruiting ManagerApplylocations: Miamitime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R5586We are a Firm where people truly believe in what they do and strive to achieve the highest standards of performance and success. *This position is based in our Miami office.***General Description:**The Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring of lateral partners, senior counsel, and associates as well as entry-level and summer associates in South Florida, where we currently have offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach. For this position, the individual would have responsibility for the recruiting efforts in the assigned offices. This position has primary responsibility for effectively managing our lateral partner recruiting efforts in assigned offices and for overseeing one or more coordinators or assistants with respect to entry-level and summer associate hiring in those same offices. This position works closely with section, practice group and office leadership to recruit, hire and integrate attorneys at all experience levels and requires an elevated level of experience and professionalism.
