In this vital support role, you’ll help our Servers deliver flawless dining experiences, ensuring each guest enjoys exceptional service from start to finish.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering polished, high-quality service, we want to meet you!Your Daily Impact (Essential Duties):Assist Servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.Refill water glasses, beverages, and condiments to maintain an exceptional dining experience.Support food delivery from kitchen to table in a timely and professional manner.Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.Set up and break down side stations and service areas before and after each shift.Assist with stocking, polishing, and preparing glassware, flatware, and dishware.Respond promptly to member and guest needs or communicate them to the Server.Uphold sanitation and safety standards throughout each shift.Work closely with the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.Note: The duties and responsibilities outlined above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):Minimum age of 18.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work in a physically active role — walking, lifting, and carrying throughout shift.Willingness to learn and follow safety, service, and food-handling procedures.Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.Preferred Ingredients (Preferred Qualifications):Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent.Interest in growing within the food and beverage industry.Physical Demands:Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for extended periods.Working Conditions:Working conditions will vary between indoor and outdoor settings, depending on the assigned dining area.
