Human Resources Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)

$50-55k Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition activities. This temporary-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an HR professional or entry-level who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional support to employees, candidates, and leadership.

The HR Coordinator will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, compliance, and administrative HR functions while helping ensure a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, orientation sessions, and other HR-related meetings.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to support recruiting and workforce planning activities.
• Assist with job postings, background checks, onboarding coordination, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel and candidate records within company systems and databases.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes remain compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Handle confidential employee and candidate information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support employee onboarding, training coordination, and record retention activities.
• Assist with recruiting-related social media content and community outreach efforts.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Manager and HR team.
• Assist with special projects and additional HR responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar.
