Telemetry Technician

Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: Telemetry Technician – Trinity Health Oakland (Pontiac, MI) Full-Time/Nights 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM What You Will Do As a Telemetry Technician, you will play a vital role in patient care by supporting nursing staff and ensuring accurate cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities include: Monitoring cardiac rhythms and telemetry for patients. Providing leadership and professional support in telemetry monitoring activities. Collaborating with nursing leadership to standardize arrhythmia management and non-invasive cardiology testing. Participating in multidisciplinary teams to design and implement clinical standards of care for monitored patients. Promoting exceptional customer service and organizational values. What You Will Need Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire and one of the following: Completion of a Cardiac Monitoring program, or Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) through CCI.
