Affiliate Digital Marketing Manager, Zappos & Shopbop

Overview Amazon Digital Marketing, across Zappos and Shopbop, is looking for an Affiliate Digital Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate marketing programs. This role will report into the Head of Digital Media, developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy while partnering across Brand Marketing, Creative, and Ecomm to ensure alignment across both organizations. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of broader brand and performance marketing trends, strong data analytical capabilities, and the ability to foster strong relationships in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee affiliate marketing strategies across both Zappos and Shopbop organizations Track commissions, flat fees, and communicate budget updates to the planners across Shopbop and Zappos Partner with agency to manage against performance goals and identify new strategies to drive business growth Work closely with Influencer and PR teams to align synergies across teams and unlock new opportunities for the business Build out content and copy strategy for use with affiliate partners in tandem with the creative team Provide weekly performance recap, outlining key drivers of the business and opportunities to go further Support the Head of Digital Media in building out broader strategy documents for leadership on net‑new initiatives Partner with legal to onboard new partners and execute order forms to fund partnership growth Basic Qualifications 4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns Experience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads, and digital/social channels Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM, and social media advertising Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi‑territory campaign management Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences Equal Opportunity and Workplace Accommodations Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $86,700.00–$151,700.00 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
