Sales Associate

Our client, a leading elevated fashion brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their growing team in NYC. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, culture and creating a best-in-class in-store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive in-store experience
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and general inquiries
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s products, collections, and standards
• Represent the brand in a professional manner while upholding its image and values
• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and replenishment as needed
• Collaborate with management and team members to support store goals and sales performance
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Balance customer-facing responsibilities with general store support
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented retail environment

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Fashion or related industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor
• Interest in fashion, retail, and current trends
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of a retail environment

Full-Time On-Site.

Salary: $20hr- $25hr
