About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to spearhead the evolution of healthcare delivery. The CSO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading enterprise strategy and driving transformation initiatives that ensure long-term growth, operational excellence, and industry leadership. This role involves overseeing strategic planning, market development, information technology, enterprise analytics, product development, and strategic transformation, with a focus on aligning these capabilities to deliver measurable business, clinical, consumer, workforce, and community outcomes. The successful candidate will be an enterprise transformation leader with a strong operational mindset, capable of influencing executives and redefining the future of healthcare. Key responsibilities for the CSO include leading enterprise-wide transformation, establishing governance for strategic initiatives, and driving large-scale projects to enhance efficiency and modernize the consumer experience. The role also requires expertise in technology and digital transformation, with a specific emphasis on AI and advanced analytics, as well as a deep understanding of value-based care and population health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading enterprise strategy and execution, particularly in a highly integrated, matrixed healthcare organization or a similar complex enterprise. A master's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of executive leadership experience in a large healthcare or related industry are essential.
