Referral Care Coordinator

Pride Health is hiring a Referral Care Coordinator to support our client's medical facility in Tampa, FL 33613. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title: Referral Care Coordinator Location: Tampa FL 33613 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Day Shift) Interview: In Person Pay Rate: $14/hr Position Summary The Referral Care Coordinator is responsible for processing patient referrals, scheduling appointments, and coordinating care to ensure timely patient access to services. Key Responsibilities Process and track patient referrals. Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers. Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and specialty offices. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (eCW preferred). Provide excellent customer service and support clinic operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.
