We offer EXCELLENT benefits including Aetna Health insurance on the 1st of the month after hire, starting at NO COST along with other key benefits starting at 22.5 hours a week!! \n \n RN Supervisor organizes/oversees/supervises assigned unit activities & staff assignments \n Demonstrates clinical expertise which is consistent with the established standards of Nursing Practice \n RN Supervisor will identify & respond, appropriately & timely, to patient needs \n Monitor, observe, & document vital signs, treatments administered, & patient responses. \n RN Supervisor will administer medications & treatments as needed \n Communicate & direct services or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff \n Identify & follow disciplinary action as stated in policy \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, & other vendors/services \n Perform RN assessment to resident's post incidents or change in condition \n Lead & direct emergency situations - (Fire, Elopement, etc.) \n Maintain accurate nursing report, staffing sheets, & census roster \n Requirements: \n \n Current & good standing RN License in State of New York \n Experience with geriatric/short term rehab/Alzheimer's patients is desirable \n Progressive nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred \n Dedicated to providing extraordinary, quality, compassionate care to each resident \n Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, & elderly \n Have patience & willingness to assist any residents & co-workers \n Have excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, & organization skills \n Able to work well under pressure, flexible, & will work harmoniously with all staff \n Covid-19 vaccinations are encouraged but NOT MANDATED ; we continue to offer COVID-19 vaccination based on eligibility guidance from CDC \n We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, celebrate diversity, & are committed to creating an inclusive work environment for all!
