About us

We're Entelechy Entertainment, a small studio dedicated to delivering the best experiences on Roblox. We're currently building Main Street, a sandbox roleplay game, and our goal is to become #1 in the genre!

How we work

We're a small team of developers, not managers. We work closely together in a flexible, laid-back environment, and we're intentionally keeping the team lean and talented. Everyone owns their responsibilities, and we trust each other to get things done efficiently

What you'll do

You'll model houses, props, furniture, vehicles, and vegetation. You'll work as part of a team, so being organized, adapting to our art style, and following guidelines are essential. We'll provide art style references so you know exactly what we're going for

Over time, our goal is to build you up to operate the entire pipeline on your own, from Blender to in-game

What we're looking for

• Above all, genuine motivation for the project. Someone ready to contribute quality models and commit long term
• Proficiency modeling in Blender, with a portfolio or previous work you can share
• The ability to understand and replicate our art style
• Clean, well-organized models so multiple people can collaborate on the same assets
• A Discord account for communication

Nice to haves

• House layouts and interior design skills
• Roblox Studio experience. If you're a skilled modeler, we can teach you the pipeline on the job
• VFX experience
• Animation experience
• Organic modeling: animals and creatures, fully textured and rigged, ready to go in-game. A generalist who can handle both hard-surface and organic work would be a standout candidate

Compensation and terms

• Full-time, ongoing independent contractor position
• Start date: as soon as we find the right candidate
• $25 - $40/hr depending on experience, typically 35 - 45 hours per week
