Job Description

Crepas Culichi busca integrar a su equipo una persona responsable, organizada y comprometida para desempeñarse como Cook / Cocinero(a) .

Responsabilidades principales

Preparar alimentos siguiendo las recetas y procedimientos establecidos.
Mantener consistencia en sabor, porciones y presentación de cada platillo.
Realizar la preparación previa ( prep ) necesaria para el servicio.
Mantener limpia, organizada y abastecida su estación de trabajo.
Manejar correctamente los alimentos y seguir las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
Revisar la calidad y frescura de los ingredientes antes de utilizarlos.
Mantener comunicación constante con los demás integrantes de cocina y el equipo de servicio.
Trabajar de manera eficiente durante períodos de alta demanda.
Apoyar en la limpieza y organización general de la cocina.
Informar oportunamente cuando algún ingrediente, producto o suministro esté por agotarse.
Seguir las instrucciones de los responsables de cocina y cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos por el restaurante.
Cuidar el equipo, utensilios e instalaciones del restaurante.

Experiencia previa en cocina/restaurante preferentemente .
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y mantener un buen ritmo de trabajo.
Puntualidad y responsabilidad.
Buena actitud y disposición para trabajar en equipo.
Atención al detalle.
Organización y limpieza.
Capacidad para seguir recetas e instrucciones.
Compromiso con la calidad y el servicio.
Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana.
