Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Cath Lab Technologist Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Technologist to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have experience in catheterization procedures and a strong understanding of cardiovascular technologies. Job Details Unit Type: Cardiac Cath Lab Shift Length: 8 hours Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Years of Experience Required: 1 year Shift Notes: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with additional on-call requirements Qualifications Required Certifications: BLS Certification Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Verification Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI or ARRT (Certification must be registered with NDMIRT) Experience or 'Must Have' Skills: Ability to scrub in and panning experience is acceptable; primary focus will be on panning Familiarity with IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, and 4-port manifold is preferred Experience with IV starts is preferred but not mandatory Responsibilities Scrubbing in for procedures and assisting with cardiovascular interventions Starting IVs and monitoring patients during procedures Additional Information Department: Cath Lab Equipment & EMR: EPIC & Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm Call Requirements: 1-2 weeknight shifts per week, every third weekend on call, and alternating holidays Orientation: One week of department-specific orientation, including classroom and lab training Response Time: 20 minutes for on-call duties Floating Requirements: Assistance in Heart and Vascular Pre/Post areas as needed Dress Code: Provided scrubs; personal lock required for lockers Location This position is located in a Cardiac Cath Lab in [City, State].
